Robert Schaffer, J.D., Chief Legal Officer

Robert Schaffer is the Chief Legal Officer of Radiology Business Solutions. Although he has served as legal advisor for RBS and its clients since inception, in 2006 Robert joined RBS “in-house” assisting with legal and operational transactions for RBS and its clients.

Robert advises hospitals, physician groups and individual physicians with regard to complex and routine health care related matters, business relationships, and other contractual arrangements. He prides himself upon a focus of listening to the needs of those involved in the transactions and working with others to develop solutions for the satisfaction of those involved.
