Mark Weiss, M.D., President & CEO

Dr. Weiss is a founder and the President of Radiology Business Solutions. He is a practicing Board Certified diagnostic radiologist with added qualifications in vascular and interventional radiology.

• MD from Michigan State University in 1985
• Internship at St. Joseph Mercy’s Hospital in Ann Arbor
• Residency at Michigan State University/University Affiliated Hospitals of Flint
• Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Hammersmith Hospital in London, England

After completing his education, Dr. Weiss spent eight years at Hurley Medical Center with Associated Radiologists of Flint where he developed a strong interventional program. Most recently, Dr. Weiss has been practicing clinical radiology part time with Genesee Medical Imaging in addition to leading RBS.

Dr. Weiss has gained a reputation with hospital administrators and radiologists alike as an analytical, fair and objective consultant. As advisor, mediator and mentor, Dr. Weiss helps bridge beyond the mistrust and poor communication that traditionally exists between physicians and administrators. He helps each party see the others position and find common ground to align interests. In his management role with RBS, Dr. Weiss is the ongoing mentor/liason between ten radiology groups comprised of over 90 radiologists and their contracted hospital administrators.
